I provide counseling from a strength-based and values-based approach. I have trained and work primarily from an self-compassion and mindfulness based perspective using Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have been trained in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, trauma focused, person centered, addiction counseling, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and creative therapies.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
