Insurance:

Now Accepting most commercial insurance. Still accepting private-pay and out-of-network plans.

Payment:

We accept all major credit cards, HSA (healthcare savings account), and FSA (flexible spending account) as forms of payment. We accept payment directly on our telehealth portal site.

Financial Assistance:

Good Faith Estimate for Out-of-Network Care:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate with the initial paperwork on the client portal before your appointment. Cancelation Policy

24 Hour Policy

 We understand that there may be circumstances that prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our policy is in place to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients. When you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, it can be challenging to fill your appointment slot with another client who may need it. As a result, we must charge a fee of $75 for any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.

Please note that this fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid in full before scheduling another appointment. We understand that unexpected events may arise, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment if you provide us with the required notice.
